Exchange and Return Policy

  • We take pride in our name and reputation for the excellent quality and value of our products, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return according to company policy.
  • Customers must submit exchange and return requests to Orbeez Station by contacting us via WhatsApp at +966557430570 within 24 hours of the order date. No orders will be canceled after this period.
  • Replacement will be granted if the item is in the same condition as when purchased, provided the replacement request is accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and return fees for the product.
  • In case of a product defect, it will be replaced with a similar product or a product (or set of products) of a higher price, with the customer paying the price difference. No refunds will be issued, and the customer will bear all shipping costs.





  • In case of damage, breakage, or defect in the products:

- The customer must contact technical support via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach a picture of the damaged/broken product. It is also required to photograph the product with the packaging and the shipping label attached to it.

  • Replacements can be made by contacting the store within 24 hours of receiving the product in the case of items shipped to the customer that are faulty or damaged, such as:
  1. I received a product other than the one I ordered.
  2. Or if you receive a product that is completely damaged or defective due to an error on the part of the store.


If the store agrees to a refund, the refund amount will be issued to the customer via bank transfer within 7 business days of the store receiving the returned product, provided the payment was made upon delivery or by bank transfer. For payments made via Mada or credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card within the timeframe specified by the card issuer.


  • The product must be returned by the customer in the condition in which it was shipped, with all attachments and packaging, and the product must not have been used or operated. If it is confirmed that the product has been used, the customer shall bear all costs and procedures for receiving the product.
  • The order will be cancelled within 24 hours of its execution, provided that communication is made via WhatsApp. If this period is exceeded, no refunds will be issued.
  • The product can only be exchanged before it is shipped.
  • The product will not be returned if it is found that the product has been misused.
  • The store has the right to photograph the product via WhatsApp and attach a video showing the defect before returning it.
  • Returns will be accepted according to the conditions mentioned within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment, and no request will be considered after the specified period has expired.
  • In case of return or exchange, the customer bears the full shipping fees.



  • These terms and conditions were prepared in Arabic, and the customer who speaks English or any other language must translate these terms at his own risk and without any liability on the part of Kun Store. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic text and the English translation or any translation into any other language made by the customer, the Arabic text shall be the reference and basis for the terms and conditions document. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Dammam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them.



  • These terms and conditions apply whether using the website, its applications, or any other means of the Orbeez Station store.



  • Orbeez Station reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers. Customers must review the terms and conditions, updates, and modifications before purchasing, as the modification is binding on everyone.


  • In the event of canceling any order paid for via Tabby, Tamara, or any installment method, the order cannot be canceled even one minute after being placed. If the cancellation request is accepted, 10% of the order value will be deducted, a cancellation request will be submitted, and the customer will bear the company's administrative fees, cancellation fees, and other applicable charges.
