Exchange and Return Policy
- We pride ourselves on our name and reputation for excellent quality and value in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return according to company policy.
- The customer must submit a replacement or return request to the Orbeez Station store by contacting us via WhatsApp on +966553962587 within 24 hours of receiving the purchased product, stating the reason for the replacement or return.
- Replacement will be made if the item is in the same condition as when purchased.
- The customer bears the shipping and return fees for the product.
- In the event of a defect in the product, it will be replaced with a similar product or a product (or group of products) with a higher price, with the price difference being paid. No money will be returned, and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
- In case of damage, breakage or defect in the products:
The customer must contact technical support via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach a photo of the damaged/broken product. It is also required to photograph the product with the packaging and have the shipping label attached to it.
- Replacement is by contacting the store within 24 hours of receiving the product in the event that items shipped to the customer are faulty or damaged, such as:
- I received a product other than the one I ordered.
- Or if you received a product that was completely damaged or defective in the event of an error by the store
If the store agrees to a refund, the refund amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer within 7 business days of the store receiving the returned product, whether the payment was made upon receipt or by bank transfer. If payment was made via Mada or credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.
- The product must be returned by the customer in the same condition in which it was shipped, with all attachments and packaging, and without being used or operated. If it is confirmed that the product has been used, the customer shall bear all costs and procedures for receiving the product.
- The order will be cancelled within 24 hours of its execution date, provided that you contact us via WhatsApp. If this period is exceeded, no refunds will be issued.
- The product can only be exchanged before it is shipped.
- The product will not be returned if it is proven that the product has been misused.
- The store has the right to photograph the product via WhatsApp and attach a video showing the defect before returning it.
- Returns are subject to the terms and conditions stated within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment. No requests will be considered after the specified period.
- In the event of a return or exchange, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs.
- These terms and conditions have been prepared in Arabic and the English-speaking customer or any other language shall translate these terms at his own risk and without any liability on the part of Kun Store. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic text and the English translation or any translation into any other language made by the customer, the Arabic text shall be referred to and shall be the reference and basis for the terms and conditions document. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Dammam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
- These terms and conditions apply whether you use the website, its applications, or any other means of the Orbeez Station store.
- Orbeez Station reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice to customers. Customers must review the terms and conditions, updates, and amendments before purchasing, as the amendment is binding on everyone.
- In the event of cancellation of any order paid by Tabby, Tamara, or any other installment method, all amounts taken by the installment company, whether a percentage or tax, will be deducted from the order amount and returned within 10 working days.
